Senior Account Executive Employee Benefits job in Dallas

Established and growing Texas-based General Agency is hiring an experienced professional to join their growing Group Benefits practice. You will work in a team environment to handle customer accounts, which are a combination of self-funded and fully-insured. Responsibilities include: function as liaison between broker and carrier underwriting to negotiate best pricing and program for customers, develop RFPs for renewal, annual plan marketing/rate comparisons, new business quote requests, on-site meetings with customers as part of a team and handle related inside and out responsibilities. To qualify you need 5+ years of experience in a similar environment, active status Texas Group 1 license, in-depth knowledge of the spectrum of employer-sponsored benefit plans, strong Excel skills, college degree a plus.
