Client Profile: •Top 5 Largest U.S. Broker •Full Service Broker: P&C, EB, Financial Services, Wholesale, TPA •International Offices •Niches: Automotive, Aviation, Construction, Energy, Entertainment, Equity Advisors, Food & Agribusiness, Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality, Law Firms, Life Sciences, Marine, Public Sector, Real Estate, Religious & Nonprofit, Restaurant, Tech & Telecomm, Transportation •Approximately $5 billion in revenue •Community Oriented, committed to career development, work life balance Position Details: •Manage a book that ranges from $1-3mil revenue •Large Accounts (300lives – 1000+) •Fully Insured and Self Funded •Service and marketing •Occasionally open enrollments •Cross selling and account rounding •Team environment Compensation: •Base Salary targeted at $90-120k depending on experience •Bonus potential •Benefits package Our client is looking to bring in a bright, driven person to join their agency.
