Producer-Commercial Lines job in Central New Jersey/Monmouth County

Property & casualty/ group benefits retail brokerage with long history of developing New Jersey based business is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer to join their existing team. Firm has a strong infrastructure for service and account management. The Producer will have minimum 3 years of successful commercial lines production with a retail broker/agency and have the opportunity to produce a mix of commercial insurance for a variety of industries, from habitation to manufacturing, life sciences, technology and general commercial insurance middle market accounts. Compensation will be determined on experience and production history and can be in the range of 50K-100K base/draw structure with new and renewal business commissions included, benefits and other producer benefits provided in order to maximize results. P&C License required. Producers able to bring books of business is an added benefit in the compensation structure.
