Our client, an established national Program Administrator and Wholesale Broker is looking to recruit a Broker/Production Underwriter to their team in the Eastern MA region.

Position Profile:

•Develop agent/broker network

•Act as a production underwriter/broker for new business

•Develops new business pipeline

•Management of new/renewal underwriting process

•Key point of contact for brokers, insureds and carriers

•Base salary (target range is 80-100k DOE) plus commissions/bonus plan

Qualifications:

1.5+ years of commercial insurance experience as a wholesale broker or carrier production underwriter.

2.Established retail agent network or book of business

3.BA Degree and P&C License

4.Excellent presentation and communication skills

5.Automation skills with Microsoft Office Products, CRM/Databases (such as salesforce.com or others).
