Account Manager, Personal Lines; Clearwater, FL job in Clearwater, FL

Well established growing Clearwater, FL area insurance agency is looking to hire a Personal Lines Account Manager. This individual will be expected to manage a book while acting with a high degree of independent discretion and decision-making. They will be responsible for servicing new and existing clients including writing new business, processing renewals, rewrites, and in general providing all customer service needs from A to Z for their assigned book of business. There will also be an expectation to identify account rounding cross selling and upselling opportunities. Currently seeking energetic customer focused candidates with good communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. To qualify candidates should have a valid FL insurance license (20-44 or 2-20 preferred) and 2+ yrs. experience servicing personal lines accounts. Work with Private Client accounts is a plus. Having an AA or 4 yr. college degree is preferred but not required. Should be highly skilled working with agency management systems and carrier websites and the Microsoft Office suite…experience working with EPIC agency management system is a big plus.
