Requirements;

•College degree with a strong overall academic record is highly preferred.
•Career motivated in the P & C claims industry.
•Stable work history after college
•Leadership positions held while attending college is preferred
•2-10 years of property/casualty claims industry experience
•Texas Adjuster License
•Exceptional customer service and communication skills
•Analytical ability to read and understand contract language
•Team player working well together with others in an office environment
