Controller – Large National Insurance Broker (Mid-Atlantic)

Our client, a Large National Insurance Broker is seeking a Controller in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Controller will have oversight and responsibility for all financial and operational functions within the Mid-Atlantic.

•More than 3,500 employees nationally

•Mid-Atlantic has 20 offices and 450 employees and makes up 12% of the revenues of the firm

Position Outline:

•Manage financial forecast and budgets, oversight of daily cash functions, compliance management, work with accounting, finance, legal, operations, IT and Tech teams; etc.

•Oversee a region that is $120M Revenue

Qualifications:

•BA, CPA/MBA Desired

•10 years of accounting, with 5 in management role

•Insurance Retail Brokerage experience

•Experience with EPIC, Applied or AMS 360
