AVP Finance & Accounting - P&C Insurance job in rural Ohio

Very solid P&C carrier in Ohio is looking to attract a confident, flexible P&C INSURANCE CARRIER accounting type who is above the norm in technical accounting skills - IFRS, STAT/GAAP, corporate tax and who can lead high impact transformations in technological solutions. Looking for someone who is the roll-up the shirt sleeve type, can lead by example and who is flexible and open to change. Must have supervisory experience.

Open to consider someone out of a consulting firm or CPA firm. Not overly excited about someone who has spent their entire career in the same company.

The position is bonus eligible - 20% with a long term incentive component of 9 to 11%. Relocation assistance will be negotiated at offer.
