Regional Sales Representative: Position will call on brokers in New York City to develop new benefits administration business for employer sponsored benefit plans. The company offer administrative services for: COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Form 5500 preparation, Medicare Part D, Non-Discrimination Testing, Transit and Parking Benefit Administration, Retiree Billing, ACA Employer Reporting, and HIPPA Compliance. TPA services are sold through benefits brokers exclusively, and not directly to employer groups. Base salary will be in the $55-65K range depending upon experience. Incentive compensation should bring the first 12 months compensation to $75-85K. Third years sales representatives are earning in the neighborhood of $130K+, including new business and renewal incentive comp (paid as long as the case remains on the books). Position therefore provides long term income growth potential.
