One of the fastest growing agency's in Southwest Florida has an immediate need to fill an Employee Benefits Consultant / Account Executive to join their growing team. Must be a leader in the benefits space with a strong focus on retention and customer service. We are seeking a high energy benefits professional that can manage the process and consult with larger groups. Must have 5+ years experience in employee benefits / group health handling large groups with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include managing the renewal process, plan meetings, develop health and welfare benefit programs and utilize multiple tools to add value to their clients. Bachelor's degree as well as professional designations first priority. Relocation help considered.
