The subsidiaries of the holding company provide Medicare supplement, hospital indemnity, dental/vision/hearing, critical illness and other life and health insurance products to individuals and families and are collectively licensed in 49 states and the District of Columbia. The companies’ insurance products are marketed through independent insurance agents, career agents, direct marketing and distribution partners.

What Will Make You Successful In This Role?

  • Ability to navigate multiple sales distribution channels including IMOs, MGAs, NDOs, Career Agents, Broker/Dealers and internal sales team.
  • Proven previous success assisting in the sales planning effort to include analysis of competitive products and services, advertising strategies, sales processes, and techniques.
  • Participation in recruitment of new partner organizations.
  • Development of strong business relationships at all levels within assigned distribution channel organizations.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Strong people management skills, including development of staff and managing their performance.
  • Proven leadership experience with another similar organization or insurance company.
  • Able to effectively manage a department budget while attaining all sales goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of individual life and health products preferred, especially Medicare Supplement plans.
  • State Life and Health license(s) required with additional industry designations a plus.


Salary:  $60,000 - $80,000
Bonus/Benefits:  Bonus
