Regional Sales Manager job in Candidate can live anywhere in PA or VA

Our client is a super-regional P&C who had a record year in profitability in 2016. They are seeking a strong field sales leader to manage the overall sales and business development for commercial and personal lines in Pennsylvania and Virginia. This includes but is not limited to:

-Managing team of Territory Sales Reps throughout PA and VA.

-Oversee production, profitability and overall independent agency relationships throughout territory.

-Develop, implement, and execute on state sales strategy for PA and VA.

-Assist with the development of the product lines, strategies, and tactics.
