Regional Group Sales Representative job in Brooklyn/Manhattan/Queens

Position will call on brokers in assigned territory to develop new benefits administration business for employer sponsored benefit plans. The company offer administrative services for: COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Form 5500 preparation, Medicare Part D, Non-Discrimination Testing, Transit and Parking Benefit Administration, Retiree Billing, ACA Employer Reporting, and HIPPA Compliance. Base salary will be in the $55-70K range depending upon experience. Incentive compensation should bring the first 12 months compensation to $75-90K. Third years sales representatives are earning in the neighborhood of $150K, including new business and renewal incentive comp. Position will work remotely from home.

The company helps brokers attract additional business from existing clients, helps them retain existing clients, and compensates the brokers for all administrative services each year they remain in effect.
