Health Data Science Analyst opening in New York. Analyze issues using pharmacy, contract, medical management, claims, and clinical data for business intelligence tools and reporting. Ideal candidate has 2 - 10 years of analytics experience for health provider, health plan, or ACO; working knowledge of a health care EMR such as Epic/Clarity, eCW, or a payer claims system such as Amisys, Facets, etc. or a hospital/provider billing system such as Soarian, Idx, etc.; knowledge of New York State Medicaid and CMS Medicare regulations and regulatory requirements preferable; strong data mining skills using SQL, R, Python, SAS, etc.; strong working knowledge of Business Intelligence products such as Tableau, SAP/Business Objects, SAS, MicroStrategy, etc.; general understanding of ETL tools including SSIS, Data Stage, PowerCenter, etc. Salary $open.
