Growing and profitable International Insurance Group is seeking an experienced International Employee Benefits Consultant for their international team in Morris County, NJ. You will have the opportunity to work with US and overseas clients, brokers as well as multinational markets. You will be involved in the account management, relationship management and business development of the client’s employee benefits needs on a foreign or global basis. 07869

You will be involved with the evaluation of ongoing employee benefits needs of clients (Life, AD&D, Disability, Medical, Dental and Retirement), interface with brokers and markets on key service aspects, implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, and building relationships with internal / external team members to grow the existing book of business. The qualifications are: 4+ years' experience as an Employee Benefits Broker, Consultant or Company Employee Benefits professional in a client facing role; Significant experience servicing international business; Bachelor's degree; Strong technical and analytical skills, Desire to sell and expand business relationships, Medium to expert proficiency in MS Excel and other industry tools; CEBS other benefits designations; Willingness to travel, Able to work in or relocate to suburban Morris County, NJ.
