Bilingual RN Field Case Manager

No prior Workers' Compensation experienced required! Willing to train on work comp case management!

Part of QUESTPRO’S exclusive clientele, this Select National Managed Care Company who is experiencing accelerated growth will be adding additional RN-Field Case Manager(s) in multiple markets.

Location: Anywhere in New Jersey and or Eastern PA working remotely with frequent day travel in the Field.


"Take Charge" Bilingual Spanish/English Nurse w/valid RN (PA and/or NJ preferred) License in required. Clinical expertise in either ER, OR, Med Surge, or Orthopedics is preferred. No prior case management is required; but exposure to Home Health or Medical Case Management of any kind where care coordination/setting treatment plans are routinely performed is a plus.

Excellent computer & organizational skills: Day driving to area appointments is required. Mileage Reimbursement & laptop are standard, base salary W2 + bonus.

Training is provided by supportive experience Management Staff.


Expanding National Managed Care Provider is currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish-speaking) Medical Nurse Case Manager (RN).

Responsible for assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of injured/disabled individuals involved in the medical case management process. Working as an intermediary between carriers, attorneys, medical care providers, employers and employees, you will closely monitor the progress of the injured worker and report results back to the employer and insurance carrier. This will ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services leading to a medically rehabilitated individual who is ready to return to an optimal level of work and functioning.
