Primary Responsibilities:
You will be actively involved in the creation and execution of Employee Benefits Strategic Plan for each client in assigned book of business.
You will contribute to growth and profitability by expanding lines of coverage within existing book of business.
You will analyze data sufficient to provide effective and meaningful benefit consultation for plan revisions, managed care strategies, and claim cost control.
You will serve as a resource and role model to Account Managers and cross-functional team members.
You will facilitate and lead effective business meetings with the client (including C-suite) and with internal Client associates
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Advanced degree and/or CEBS designation preferred
10+ years of experience in Employee Benefits strategic consulting
Illinois Life/Health Insurance License
Required education:
Bachelor’s Degree
Required experience:
Employee Benefits: 10 years in underwriting, account management, account executive, or consulting role.
Required license or certification:
Illinois Life and Health
