This organization is looking for a benefits expert to manage team of 7 support people. Will oversee their work product, be responsible for retention of the whole employee benefits book of business. Assist with training both new support people as well as new producers. Manage a small book of select accounts, help remarket book and manage enrollments. Will act as a technical resource for all staff. Assist With cross selling throughout the book. Go out to client meetings and be the benefits expert. 7+ years experience on the independent agency side needed.
