Preparation of S-1 and periodic SEC docs, including quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and annual reports on Form 10-K. Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statemnets and quaterly earnings releases. Strong GAAP, SEC and research skills requried with a CPA desgination. Public accouniting exp. and insurance exp. are pluses. | |
