Well-established insurance broker is seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefits Account Manager to work the large group market segment. This is a client facing role, providing solution based results to the more complex group health accounts. In this role, you will guide your clients and assist them in implementing the discussed strategies. Will also act as the liaison between the clients and carriers, maintain relationships, provide updates on health insurance related topics while providing exceptional customer service to evaluate clients’ health insurance needs. We are looking for a minimum of 7-10 years of Employee Benefits experience from a large national or regional broker with extensive Client Account Management experience to manage the day-to-day benefits. Will take ownership and help with the retention of the larger accounts. Bachelor's or Master’s degree, CEBS, GBA and self-funded / large group experience highly desired.
