Chief Financial Officer job in North/Central

Scope: You’ll support a dynamic insurance agency that specializes in program business as it continues to expand through key carrier relationships and acquisitions. You’ll act as a subject matter expert and advisor to the CEO and the Executive Team and will oversee and be directly involved in all aspects of financial reporting, KPI’s, forecasting and due diligence on potential acquisitions/new service offerings.

Relevant Experiences and Successes: You should be able to effectively forward face Senior Management, your team and all functional areas of the organization in a proactive, dynamic manner and have a well-grounded accounting background which can include public accounting experience. You should have strong Insurance Agency experience and be comfortable in a mid-sized environment where you get involved in all parts of supporting this successful, entrepreneurial agency.
