Seeking Commercial Lines Team Leader for a Top Insurance Broker in Middlesex County. Position will manage a team of 10 Account Manages. Duties: • Instill efficiency, productivity and strong customer service • Monitor workflows, processes, and processing activities retaining and expanding client base • Ensure strong service standards for commercial account management team • Act as resource to team on complex service, coverage and compliance issues • Monitor Zero-backlog by staff • Provide quarterly operational reports reflecting performance • Will handle a small book of business.
