Surety Analyst job in Northern

Our client, a full service brokerage that specializes in coverage for construction and construction related industries is seeking a Surety Analyst for their office located in Northern New Jersey. The position will be the primary point of contact for clients and surety companies, resolve contractual and bond issues and monitor and maintain each client’s on–going bonding capacity.

Duties will include:

•Underwriting bond requests

•Prepare quotes

•Issue all required bond forms

•Negotiate with Surety companies for bond terms and conditions

•Provide technical guidance to clients on bonding capacity and requirements

•Work in multiple RMIS systems including SurePath, Sagitta, ImageRight and proprietary systems

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years surety experience or a combination of education/training

•P&C license

•Proficient with Microsoft office and RMIS systems

•Additional designations a plus
