Nice size regional agency / broker who has been in business since 2004 would like to continue to grow.
They will offer you a 50/50 commission split for new / renewal business and a very complete array of carrier markets.
They don’t do trucks, energy, or financial institutions, but anything else you do will fit nicely with them.
The owner says they are very entrepreneurial in their ways (so you can be you – and do what you do best).
They have the latest Applied / EPIC agency management system.
They also have an in-house lead system and may add a telemarketer in the near future.
You’ll receive ownership in the book that follows you (at least $200k in commissions, please), and they have a complete benefit package that includes a 3% 401(k) match.
Unless your account manager follows you, your typical support will be 2 or 3 account managers (a nice touch, as you’ll always have coverage behind you even when there are illnesses/vacations).
