Must possess commercial insurance knowledge with analytical and mathematical skills. Must maintain satisfactory working relationships with both independent agents and company personnel, while writing good, profitable business. College degree desired or equivalent insurance experience. Minimum three years of commercial lines underwriting experience required, risk evaluation skills, common sense judgments, good negotiation skills.
