VIP Personal Lines Producer job in Northern New Jersey

Long standing property and casualty insurance retail brokerage firm with established business in New Jersey and developing Eastern New York is seeking an additional sales executive, a Personal Lines Producer with VIP account background to generate the HNW clientele and create new revenue generation from this niche business segment. 3-10 years of proven retail brokerage personal lines production including VIP account sales required. The qualified Producer must be a strong team player with a network of HNW clientele in the New Jersey region. Strong back office support. College degree preferred, p&c license required, additonal designations(CPCU, CIC) preferred. Strong business acumen, self motivated and excellent organizational and interpersonal skill sets. Base DOE+commission plan, full benefits.
