Commercial Account Manager/CSR job in Northern New Jersey/Sussex/Morris County

Established North Jersey retail insurance agency/brokerage specializing in commercial and personal line small to mid size business and  financially successful  is seeking a Commercial Account Manager/CSR  responsible for servicing multi line commercial accounts, marketing, underwriting, servicing, renewal negotiation, risk analysis, consulting, problem resolution, reviewing and rating. Qualifications include 3-7 years of commercial multi line account management with a retail brokerage firm. P&C License required. College degree required.  Strong customer service and computer skills required as well as a proven background taking ownershp in servicing a commercial lines book. Base salary is dependent upon existing experience including full benefits package/incentives.
