Our client, a specialist in the property casualty insurance industry, is actively seeking a new partner for their firm due to their growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate. They are seeking a highly skilled individual with 30+ years of experience and has superior property and casualty expertise in a vast variety of coverage areas.
The client base is extremely diverse. They handle whole business, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing and high net worth individuals. The growth has been steady and much of it on a referral basis.
This role needs a candidate who not only is an expert at policy review, but also someone who can speak with board members or business owners on what is the best solution to their client’s insurance challenges. The candidate must have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
