Fast growing Insurance Company is looking to hire a bilingual Claims Intake Specialist. Will work within the FNOL department to answer calls from insured to record statements. Will be responsible for entering claim information into the system and delegating the assigned claims to appropriate department. Must have excellent customer service experience, preferably with a claims license and 1+ years of P&C claims experience. | |
