Senior Product Analyst Work with product counsel to develop and maintain insurance products, concentrating primarily within the Professional Liability (E&O) business division, including professional services liability (Tech, MPL, Lawyers), Film and Media Liability, and Cyber Liability using the required IT product maintenance and delivery platform. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Work with product counsel to develop and maintain insurance products in company, concentrating primarily within the Professional Liability (E&O) business division, including professional services liability (Tech, MPL, Lawyers), Film and Media Liability, and Cyber Liability products using the required IT product maintenance and delivery platform.Develop effective, consistent wording for professional lines insurance products via the creation of new or revised endorsements and policy forms for existing products. Work closely with underwriters regarding manuscripting needs to ensure policy terms accurately reflect underwriting intent.Research general subject matter requests as necessary using on line resources.Assist regulatory staff in conducting state form and rate filings activities and develop expertise around state-specific wording requirements.Other projects and duties as required by management. Operational Support and Other Duties: Assist with maintenance of forms library and training materials; serve as in-house contact regarding product portfolio contents across all E&O lines.Liaise with IT personnel to ensure timely delivery of products into market.Coordinate delivery of materials to Business Development Marketing Department.Liaise with Claims and Legal Departments as necessary. Required Skill/Experience BA/BS degree required. Juris Doctorate or equivalent strongly preferred. Significant policy, legal, claims and underwriting knowledge to handle a variety of professional liability policies. Experience with claims-made policies is strongly preferred.Ability to effectively and efficiently draft policy language to facilitate business objectives.Ability to quickly analyze complex problems and create timely solutions to be deployed over a global insurance platform. Excellent communications skills and the ability to work effectively with staff located remotely and in regional offices across the U.S. and Canada.Minimum 5 years insurance and/or legal experience.Proficiency with the MS Office suite of productsSome travel may be required.
