Responsible for providing customer service and overall service of assigned customers and/or policies, soliciting of new business on existing accounts and support of Producer-led new business efforts. Support Producer with new or renewal business, handle renewal process with existing clients, analyze coverage and exposures for clients and for marketing purposes, compare quotes, prepare proposals, bind insurance coverage, handle client accounting/collections, work with claims for your specific book and general day to day servicing of accounts.
