We are searching for an exceptionally talented insurance professional to join the Business Development Department. The responsibilities will be to serve as liaison between brokers and underwriters, advocating the position of each, in order to identify production sources and achieve new business goals within the designated territory. We are seeking: Marketing/Business Development experience, someone self-motivated who is able to work independently with limited supervision, 5 years minimum experience with Insurance Carrier, Broker or TPA, Working knowledge of the insurance broker network in the territory, Strong organizational skills, Strong communication skills, Self-motivated work ethic, College Degree.
