Well-established insurance agency, has a great opportunity for a motivated Benefits Account Executive to develop new sales opportunities in the small and medium group market. This is not a high pressure sales role, the company has 1000’s of established relationships to connect with and quote their employee benefits insurance. In addition, qualified candidate will be responsible for the marketing and servicing throughout the sales cycle until the business is placed. Team has support staff to assist with the administrative and open enrollment process. We are looking for someone with 3 + years of employee benefits experience. Qualified candidate will have a desire to excel in a fast paced environment, that is self-motivated and seeking a great environment to generate new business opportunities. Must have excellent customer service and sales skills, strong communication (both verbal and written), with benefits knowledge.
