Position Outline:

•P&C Service Staff management, mentoring and development

•Client relationship building

•Workflow analysis, development and execution

Qualifications:

•10+ years experience in the insurance industry, including team/department management

•Commercial Lines product knowledge

•Risk Management expertise

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

•Insurance designations a plus
