The Rogan Group, Inc. - a Risk & Insurance Management Recruiting Firm is working with a Large Local Broker seeking a Commercial Lines Producer for their St. Augustine, FL office. They are seeking a producers with at least 2 years proven Commercial Lines sales experience.

• Automation – LexusNexus Sales Portal for Sales Management/CRM

Compensation:
• Salary
• 40% new 30% renewal
• Deferred Comp./Equity Plan – Vest to 50% of book paid in retirement (currently being implemented)
