Our client, a well-established, 100+ years old, Sacramento CA area agency is seeking a Sales Manager.

This is a senior management position with tremendous opportunity to grow a career. The position is open due to growth and a recent promotion.

This position will work with the agency President to develop, implement and execute sales strategies. The sales manager will mentor and work with producers for increased sales opportunities and help develop new products and services as well as adding producers.

This position requires an individual who has been a successful producer and, preferably, has some experience with agency sales management.

The agency will offer book equity for the person who might be able to move his or her book and give that individual time to transition a book and build a support team before taking on the sales manager role.

Our client is offering high compensation with a significant bonus component for achieving position goals built around top line revenue growth, mentoring and developing producers and being integral to overall improvement in sales efforts and success. That and book equity for transitioned accounts.
