We are currently interviewing for an Assistant Coach who will work with the Client and Carrier Coach. They will be responsible for CCRC and Guidence to technical support staff. RESPONSIBILITIES: Has a strong understanding and business acumen regarding the Independent Insurance Agent; Through research and education, position stays abreast of prior, current or upcoming changes occurring within the Industry (i.e.: new products, coverage challenges, Legislative updates); Addresses aforementioned challenges, changes and updates in a timely manner through regularly held staff meetings or electronic communications; Responsible to stay constantly aware of workload statistics and challenges on each desk; Addresses workload issues with staff when needed or Coach when needed by presenting solutions and recommendations to remedy situation; Identifies, changes and implements workflow processes to enhance customer experience by meeting service standards and maximize workflow efficiencies; Consistently develops, updates and enhances department processes and procedures; Consistently communicates developments, updates and enhancement of processes and procedures to department staff through meetings or electronic communication; Directs and/or facilitates comprehensive training schedules involving staff; Supports and implements business plans and strategies to meet Agency goals and objectives; Position will work on special projects as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School Graduate or Equivalent; Preferably should have at least 5 years of experience managing an Insurance Agency Department.; Must have strong insurance coverage knowledge of Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits and Bonds; Excellent automation skills, proficient in Sagitta, Worksmart, Benefit Point and Microsoft Office; Strong knowledge of Independent Insurance Agencies; Experience in organizing, presenting and conducting educational and informative meetings TECHNICAL SKILLS: General Agents License; Proficient in Sagitta, Worksmart, Benefit Point, Microsoft Office; Strong analytical skills and ability to create spreadsheets; Good organizational and follow up skills; Strong math skills with proficiency in addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, knowledge of fractions and calculating percentages; Must be able to read, speak and write in English proficiently. SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent communication skills; Experience in analyzing data, using information to drive individual and teams performance; Ability to build strong professional relationships by demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills, sound professional judgment, and high levels of integrity and accountability; Must possess the ability to be self-reliant, self-directed and to multi task a heavy workload, identifying and handling priorities in a timely manner.; Individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.; Must perform well under pressure; Supports team structure; Possesses strong analytical skills; Able to work in the US SUPERVISORY SKILLS: Prior management experience a plus | |
