Chief Administrative Officer - Southern Oregon

The leading insurance agency in Southern Oregon, is seeking an individual with the background to assume the Chief Administrative role in the agency. This is a new position given the growth of the agency and expected growth of new business.

Qualifications:

•Background in agency management with experience with employee oversight, human resources and day to day operations.

•Must demonstrate past accomplishments in a leadership position, have strong leadership skills, be able to prioritize, communicate and interact with all staff including account managers and producers.

•Must have a high level of integrity and be willing to be an integral part of a team environment.

•College degree is a must and insurance industry designations, CPCU, ARM etc. are preferred.
