Our client, a Top 10 Insurance Broker, is actively seeking a Sr. Benefits Account Manager for their West Palm Beach Office. This individual will manage and coordinate all client service activities for some of their larger, more complex cases, including interacting with carriers, vendors and internal teams. Help grow revenue from existing business, research and develop creative solutions for each client, develop multiyear plans with clients as well as maintain and retain. We are looking for 6+ years of experience, preferably with larger self-funded accounts, excellent presentation skills, verbal and written, and the ability to mentor junior level team members.
