Client Services Representative job in St. Louis

Our client, one of the premier alternative market insurance providers is growing and looking to add another dynamic Client Services/Account Management Representative to their talented team. In this role you would work closely with the Risk Control, Claims, Business Development, and Underwriting departments to promote a team effort and maintain a cohesive message in the marketplace.

Duties are:

- Develop strategies and execute the promotion and presentation of client services offerings with accounts and brokers.

- Manage the client services follow-up process on designated accounts.

- Assist with researching, developing, and implementing new client service resources for clients.

- Assist with developing and implementing strategies for increased utilization of client services programs.

- Provide support to Business Development representatives in assisting clients with the access of client services.

- Assist in customer service oriented issues with client services programs.

- Serve as a general client services resource to the Business Development, Claims, and Underwriting departments.
