Brokerage Claims Manager (100K-140K)

Our client, an established property and casualty brokerage firm is seeking a Claims Manager to oversee a team of claims representatives, and manage the servicing of all claims needs in the unit. This position will require analysis and recommendations on current claim program with the ability to improve process, make recommendations and establish credible claims handling. The qualified candidate will have 10+ years of commercial lines Insurance claims experience, and will have a history of increased responsibilities and leadership roles. The ideal candidate will also have a proven background and ability to develop relationships with carriers and senior management. Strong computer skills required. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required. College degree preferred. P&C License/Adjusters License. Compensation will be dependent upon experience, $100-140K plus benefits package.
