Our client is an A rated Insurance Company that writes property and casualty risks through the country. They are primarily in the Southeastern and Central states and focus on wheel-based business (auto, truck, fleet, cargo, etc). They are seeking a Property and Casualty Claims Director to oversee a staff of 8 Associate Adjusters. In this role, you would mentor, train, supervise and manage these Adjusters; help direct workflow; set best practice standards; oversee challenging claims; manage staffing levels; and provide reports for senior management. To be qualified, you should have 5+ years of claim handling experience - preferably with supervisory or management responsibilities.
