AVP Small Commercial Underwriting job in Richmond

Great opportunity to move into HO Underwriting management with a strong insurance group.  You will be the product lead for development and strategy for growing this market segment in a multi-state area.  Work with local management to customize product strategies to reflect regional conditions.  Develop and implement guidelines to field staff.  Collaborate with systems people to assure efficiency and effectiveness.  Develop relationships with key agents.
