Senior Energy Casualty Underwriter job in Morristown

General Placement Service is currently on a search for a seasoned casualty energy underwriter to manage an assigned book of oil & gas, solar, and various other niche energy accounts on a National Basis.

This position will be responsible for managing an exclusive group of distribution partners for the energy group.

To be qualified candidates must have:

a minimum of 5 years energy casualty underwriting experience with a focus on oil and gas exploration and production
Experience working with retail and wholesale distribution channels
Prior experience working with MGA’s or MGU’s would be helpful but is not necessary
Experience developing underwriting guidelines, creating forms, conducting agent training, ensuring compliance, monitoring program profitability, and performing agency audits
