Senior Manager of Underwriting/Product Development of Auto Insurance opening in CHINA (can be based in various locations). Newly created position for well-respected carrier. U.S. focused Auto experience desired. Research on risk selection and pricing models/underwriting models of auto insurance, as well as risk management and control of such business; streamlining the automatic underwriting process, or straight through process of the auto insurance; develop innovative products of auto insurance, which meet the customers demand, and models of auto insurance sold through internet or mobile internet. Ideal candidate is ACII, ANZII, or CPCU, or equivalent certification is preferred with 3+ years relevant work experience of auto insurance underwriting with prestigious insurance companies and have engaged in some core projects such as relevant risk selection modeling etc. ;acquainted with advanced pricing theory and practical operation of auto insurance risk underwriting models; familiar with automatic underwriting process and operation of auto insurance; good communication skill, team work and strong execution power, and interpersonal skills.
