TPA Producer job in Northern

Our client, a National Association with their own internal full service insurance agency and Employee Benefits TPA is looking to recruit a TPA Producer to their team. This position will be responsible for meeting or exceeding new business sales for Third Party Administrative (TPA) services and Stop Loss insurance quotas through a series of strategic client meetings and broker development. Specifically, this position cultivates, identifies, qualifies, pursues and closes new sales opportunities within the self-insured marketplace.

Qualifications:

• A minimum five years of prior successful/demonstrated health insurance and/or TPA sales experience.
• Experience in self-funding sales preferred.Understanding of healthcare and healthcare delivery models.
• Knowledge of stop loss markets.Knowledge of employee benefits and how health insurance products are delivered, purchasedand financed (funded).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Hold a current L&H license.Ability to travel (at least 70%)
