Proven Commercial Producer with Desire to inherit President’s Book of Business—Marin County

Our client, an established Regional Retail Insurance Agency, is looking for a seasoned Commercial Producer to join its team in their Marin County office. Although they are looking for proven sales experience they do not require a book of business to come along with the position. If you have a book, compensation will be generous.

The Agency is looking for a person who can grow their own book of business and then eventually inherit a good portion of the senior producer’s book when he retires.

The firm has access to all National Markets and currently has a mixed industry client base that includes light manufacturing, medical groups and service businesses. They have a strong and stable staff so that the producer can rely on experienced account management team to support the sales efforts fully.

The position offers competitive compensation (base salary, commissions and benefits), and is prepared to offer a base so that a Producer will have time to build a strong solid book. Once a book is established the firm pays a strong commission split of 35/% for new business and 35% for renewal.
