Senior Claims Lien Specialist job in Irvine, CA

Insurance Company is looking for an experienced CA Work Comp Hearing Rep for its Southern, CA office. This role provides legal services to the CA WC claims department and the clients of the company, as well as the client's policyholders in the defense of Workers' Compensations cases in front of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Boards in California. This includes underlying statutory issues and lien resolution. In addition, this position will be responsible for the management of our sports claims and assisting the Northern California Asbestos Examiner but experience not needed in those areas to be considered. Comprehensive knowledge of the rules and regulations as well as the laws pertaining to handling Workers' Compensation cases at the WCAB.
