Operations Manager THG 80387 job in SE Houston

This is a hands on role where you will oversee the planning pf tje action plan, organizing, budgets, light accounting, quality and operations of the office. You will also handle some Account Executive/Account Manager duties and marketing duties.
Customer satisfaction is first line of duty. You will oversee and audit. the day to day workflow and make sure work is handled in compliance with the standard office procedure.
Hiring, reviewing, promoting and terminating, all fall under your reign in this position.
You will need to have your P&C license, have strong rating, coverage and industry operations knowledge. You will need to have knowledge of underwriting procedures and be well versed in the current market for placement.
At least 3 years management experience in commercial P&C insurance needed. A CPCU or CIC is a plus.
