Energy & Marine Producers Wanted (can be anywhere in U.S.)

Our client, a Top 10 National Broker with over 500M in revenue is looking to recruit into their “Leveraged Hire Program” in Texas and other select locations across the U.S. The Leveraged Hire Program is for producers with the ability to move at least 750k in revenue, and those that want to accumulate wealth through high commissions, cash & stock incentives for hitting goals and vesting in their books (deferred comp).

• Top 10 National Insurance Broker, history dates back to 1925.

• Office locations in 20 states.

• Niches: Construction, Energy & Marine, Healthcare, Legal, Real Estate, Tribal, Financial Services, Non-Profits, Tech and Bio Tech, Automotive and many others. Also has International experience.

• Financial parent/backer – Top National Private Equity firm

Position Outline:

• Energy& Marine Producer

• Division HQ in Texas, but looking anywhere where there is growth potential.

• Energy Niche Examples: Exploration, Mid-Stream, Upstream, Transportation, Oil Field Products, Manufacturers, Power Generation, Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical and Mining.

• Marine Niche Examples: Terminals, Ports, Ship Repair, Cargo, Stevedoring, Terminal Operators, and Blue/Brown Water.
